MPS Co-Authors New Research on Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility in Croatia  (14.09.2009)

The latest research finds that listed firms in Croatia are providing more and better information for potential investors on their websites while corporate social responsibility reporting is still weak.  A new study on corporate governance codex disclosures finds that some firms have embraced best practices while others lag.  The research project was co-sponsored by East-West Management Institute and USAID.
