MPS' consultants have been there! Each of our partners and senior consultants has a proven track record, with around 20 years of hands-on business experience.
Leslie Matthews Šulenta is manager of the firm. She has more than 20 years of experience in banking, treasury, and risk management. Leslie is an American who started her career as a bank supervisor in the U.S. Since 1994, Leslie has lived and worked in Central and Eastern Europe, advising private and public sector clients on banking, risk management, corporate strategy and corporate governance. She founded "Međunarodne poslovne strategije" in 2004 and heads the Banking and Finance Consulting Practice.
Leslie has worked in numerous countries, including Russia, Poland, Croatia, Slovenia, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hungary, Bulgaria, Serbia & Montenegro, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Indonesia, Pakistan, Syria, Nigeria, Austria, the United States, and the United Kingdom.
Dario Kaurić is a partner in MPS since 2006. He was previously head of risk management and capital markets relations in a major Croatian firm. He also served as treasurer of a medium-size Croatian bank and has over 10 years of experience in banking and finance in the U.S.
His management experience was gained in both state-owned and private firms. Dario is in charge of MPS' Investment Banking Practice.
Ivan Grgić became a partner in MPS in 2006. Ivan heads MPS' Corporate Consulting and Real Estate Practices. He is an expert in organization, business process optimization, and human resources management, having lead these functions in a dynamic Croatian bank and in other entities. Ivan holds a law degree.
