Leslie Matthews Šulenta is manager of the firm. She has more than 20 years of experience in banking, treasury, and risk management. Leslie is an American who started her career as a bank supervisor in the U.S. Since 1994, Leslie has lived and worked in Central and Eastern Europe, advising private and public sector clients on banking, risk management, corporate strategy and corporate governance. She founded "Međunarodne poslovne strategije" in 2004. Leslie has worked in numerous countries, including Russia, Poland, Croatia, Slovenia, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hungary, Bulgaria, Serbia & Montenegro, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Indonesia, Pakistan, Syria, Nigeria, Austria, the United States, and the United Kingdom.
